Paula's Big Night Out

The hospice relies on funds from big-hearted individuals. A popular and fun way our supporters like to get involved with fundraising is by hosting their own event. That’s exactly what Paula Currie and her friends are doing.

Paula says: “We are a group of nurses and a number of us are having special big birthdays this year! We decided as a group that instead of having lots of different nights out we would have one big one for a charity."

They decided that the Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice would be their beneficiary charity.

Our Gin & Jammies at Home event caught the imagination of Paula and her friends. They loved the idea so much they are planning on going bigger and better.

They have hired a local hall in Dumbarton and are hoping to sell 200 tickets for the night. The evening will include lots of fun games, dancing as well as a raffle.

The raffle has lots of great prizes. Including vouchers from Experience Days, Go Ape, Hawkshead, Lego, Lakeland and many local businesses in Dumbarton, Alexandria, Balloch and Helensburgh.

The event will be happening on Saturday 30 March 2019. If you would like to attend, please contact paulagc132@gmail.com for a ticket.
