Volunteer Services Coordinator

Hours: 37.5hrs per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £29,017 per annum

The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice is a well-established charity located at 20 Dumbreck Road, Bellahouston Park, Glasgow G41 5BW. The hospice provides specialist palliative care for people with a life-limiting, progressive illness, and support for their families and carers. 

You will be responsible for recruitment and retention of volunteers to support the work of the Hospice, along with being involved in the development of volunteer services to support our innovative future plans.

You will be a highly skilled, motivated and organised person, with previous experience of working with volunteers. An excellent communicator you will also have experience of facilitating groups or meetings.

In a busy office environment with highly confidential information you will have excellent IT competence, a confident telephone manner and be well accustomed to managing the requirements of a demanding and often competing workload.
