Education & Training Administrator

Salary: £23,932 pro rata

The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice is a well-established charity located within Bellahouston Park, Glasgow.  The hospice provides specialist palliative care for people with a life-limiting, progressive illness, and support for their families and carers.   Patients are at the centre of all that we do and as part of our dedicated administration team you will play a key role in ensuring a professional, patient-centred service for our patients and families.

 The role is to assist the Lead for Collaborative Training and Education by providing a fully comprehensive administrative service.  This will include the coordination, planning, set up and evaluation of training and education opportunities for internal staff/volunteers and external partners and participants. 

 You will provide high quality, efficient administrative services, primarily to the Lead for Collaborative Training & Education, including support in ensuring the smooth day to day running of education and training opportunities, both in person and online events. You will be a point of contact for educational placements and for the education and training department, including dealing with enquiries, bookings, recording, evaluation, advice and guidance in a professional and timely manner.

 We require you to possess excellent IT skills, a confident telephone manner and be accustomed to managing conflicting priorities of a varied workload.
