The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice is a well-established charity located within Bellahouston Park, Glasgow . The hospice provides specialist palliative care for people with a life-limiting, progressive illness, and support for their families and carers. Patients are at the centre of all that we do and as part of our dedicated administration team you will play a key role in ensuring a professional, patient-centred service for our patients and families.
You will be a highly skilled, motivated and organised person, ideally with previous experience of working in a medical or healthcare setting dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
As part of the clinical administration team, you will provide a high quality, efficient administrative service to our wider clinical services team. You will be responsible for the accurate upkeep of a patient record keeping system both manual and electronic.
We require you to possess excellent IT skills, a confident telephone manner and be accustomed to managing conflicting priorities of a varied workload.
