Over the years Hospice trekkers have made thousands of pounds for us while treating themselves to once-in-a-lifetime adventures in Nepal, China, Kenya, Mt Olympus, Ladakh Himalaya and Patagonia.
Closer to home you might prefer to go swimming with sharks, spend the weekend with the 4th Battalion Parachute Regiment, take a stroll across hot coals or zip 1,000 ft over the Clyde from the top of Finnieston Crane.
