Complex care situations Carers are as diverse as the people they care for - you may have young children, for example, or you may be an older person and unwell yourself. Our social workers can help you get extra support if your needs are not being met through normal channels. It may be possible to find a local carers group to relieve you for a time each week.  If you are struggling emotionally, they may also be able to help you access more in-depth counselling services in the community
