Non-clinical Roles
In additional to clinical roles, we employ administrative staff, fundraisers, finance and information technology people as well as support staff, including cooks, housekeepers and porters. They are all very much a part of our wider Hospice team. It's this practical support that keeps the Hospice running smoothly and allows us to do what we do best - care for patients.
Although not actively involved in care, non-clinical staff have frequent patient contact. That's why every member of staff is handpicked, selected for their personal attributes as much as their skills and abilities. Every individual is committed to playing their own part in making the Hospice the best it can be. They're also a vital ingredient in giving the Hospice its relaxed, non-institutional atmosphere.
