In order for the Hospice to benefit from these tax laws you need to be a UK taxpayer and tick the declaration below: Gift Aid Declaration I am a UK taxpayer and I want The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice to claim back tax on my gift. Please treat any further donations that I may make or have made in the last 6 years as Gift Aid until I notify you otherwise.
