Getting clinical advice The Hospice's clinical staff are available to advise hospital doctors, ward nurses and any other frontline healthcare professional about specific patients in their care  Phone 24 hours a day via a direct line to our ward (0141 420 6785).    Please note: we will take emergency calls from patients or carers known to the Hospice, but we cannot advise members of the general public whose details are not known to us.
