The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice aims to meet the palliative care needs of individuals who have been referred to us with a progressive life threatening illness and who reside primarily in the Southside of Glasgow. The Hospice Palliative Care Team provides a link between hospice, community and hospital. This facilitates optimum symptom control as well as psychosocial and spiritual support to allow patients to maximise their potential.
