Off to a Sunny Start with HSBC

The new HSBC branch which opened earlier this year on Buchanan Street launched its charity partnership with the Hospice in style on Saturday June 25th with an action packed day full of family entertainment.
A sunny afternoon was made even brighter for city centre shoppers with fantastic outdoor performances from Tenors UnLimited, who as always, wowed the crowds. Younger passers-by had the opportunity to get their face painted and join in with an in-branch art competition, launched in conjunction with long-time Hospice supporters, Wellshot Primary School.
Thousands of balloons handed out on the day added a touch of colour to proceedings and we're very happy to let you know that the fundraising total is also in the thousands! Nearly £1,200 was raised on the day which will be matched by HSBC's pound for pound scheme.
