Hottest Night Raises a Cool Million
06 Oct 2011
Guests at Hottest Night of the Year proved to be truly passionate about fundraising as they pushed the overall total raised by the event for the Hospice over the years to a cool £1 million!

Conceived and hosted by Curry King Charan Gill MBE, the event has benefited the Hospice since its inception. Guests at this year's fifteenth event were encouraged from the outset to help reach the magic million and did so in style, raising over £65,000 during the evening itself, held at Glasgow's Crowne Plaza Hotel.
The theme for the event was inspired the famous Karma Sutra, and featured a passionate blend of entertainment from dancers Punjabi 1, a delicious Indian banquet completed by a surprise guest performance by Britain's Got Talent finalists, dance group Signature.
We are extremely grateful to Charan and his outstanding support of the Hospice over the years. To have raised a million pounds for us through the Hottest Night is an incredible achievement and we would like to extend a massive thank you to both Charan and all those who have supported the event.
