Day Services
Day Services provides access to a wide range of services from a multidisciplinary team. The aim of these services is to help patients with a range of issues. The team includes medical and nursing staff, an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, counsellors, a chaplain, complementary therapists, artists and is supported by a network of volunteers.
The purpose of day care is to provide physical, emotional, social, psychological and spiritual support to patients, and their family and carers, to increase independence and quality of life. There is also the opportunity to take part in social and creative activities as well as being able to access the specialist clinics and programmes of care that are included within the centre.
